"Am I getting anything physical in my mail?"

-No. This is an instant download ONLY and no physical items (such as paper, card stock, or packaging) will be sent to you. If you desire to print your documents, simply download the files on your computer or phone, and print them on card stock or regular paper, at home on your printer or get them printed professionally at a local store that you trust, or online.

"When will I receive my digital download?"

-Right after your purchase, you will receive a link that will direct you to your PDF file. Go on your downloads on your computer or phone and click on your PDF file.

"What sizes are the products?”

-Our products come in a convenient PDF format, the flashcards are designed to fit 8 cards per page on an US letter paper size, as the rest of our creations (schedule, worksheets, BW). Each flashcard measures 8.5cm x 6cm (3.3” x 2.3”) when printed.

"Can I reprint the same download multiple times?"

-Absolutely yes! Once you purchase and receive your digital download, it belongs to you and you can reprint it as many times as you like!

"Could I ask for a different size for the flashcards besides the ones you provide?"

-Unfortunately all flashcards and exercises come on a pre-made template and thus no changes can be made on their size.

"What if the item on the monitor is not the same after I print it?"

-Usually, when printed at home, printing colours on the monitor may differ from the final printed version due to your printer settings, the quality of your printer, ink, and/ or the type of paper/ card stock that you use. Therefore we recommend you check the settings on your computer and printer or better go get your item printed professionally.

Also, each printable may be slightly changed in size and position depending on picture ratios.

“I accidentally purchased the wrong item, what do I do?“

-For any problems or issues that you have prior to or after your purchase, please contact us at bombartahelp@outlook.com and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

*Xtra Tip: For prints with extra illustrations and colors we advice you to print your items locally or online to save ink on your printer ;)

"Can I share the files with others?"

-This license is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You can print these downloads for yourself or as a gift. Reproduction, resale, sharing, or other commercial use of that product IS NOT PERMITTED. By purchasing this item you agree to this copyright agreement.

"Do you accept returns or exchanges?"

-Since all of our products are digital downloads, we unfortunately cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Once the files are delivered, they are considered non-refundable.

"Can I use the files electronically without printing them?"

-Yes! All files can be used digitally through annotation apps on tablets or iPads. Simply open the PDFs in apps such as GoodNotes, Notability, Kami, Xodo, or Adobe Acrobat Reader (many free options available). These apps allow your child to write, trace, and complete the worksheets directly on the screen using a stylus or finger — perfect for paperless learning, saving on printing, and practicing anywhere!
